Welcome to Zonnex ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zonnex WhatsApp marketing automation platform, including our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

Important: By accessing or using Zonnex, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading our app, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
  • You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
  • You are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Service Description

Zonnex is a WhatsApp marketing automation platform that provides:

  • Bulk WhatsApp messaging capabilities via WhatsApp Cloud API
  • Contact management and segmentation tools
  • Campaign creation and scheduling features
  • Message template management and AI-powered generation
  • Analytics and reporting dashboards
  • Unified inbox for WhatsApp conversations
  • Real-time push notifications

100% Free Service: Zonnex is completely free to use. We monetize through non-intrusive advertisements displayed within the app. You are responsible for your own WhatsApp Business API costs charged by Meta.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use Zonnex, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid WhatsApp Business Account with API access
  • Provide your WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, and Access Token
  • Maintain and update your account information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Securing your WhatsApp API credentials

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use Zonnex for:

  • Legitimate business marketing and customer communication
  • Sending promotional messages to opted-in contacts
  • Customer support and engagement
  • Transactional notifications and updates

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use Zonnex to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to non-opted-in contacts
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Terms of Service
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. WhatsApp API Compliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
  • You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from message recipients
  • You must provide opt-out mechanisms in your messages
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with WhatsApp Cloud API usage
  • Meta/WhatsApp may suspend or terminate your API access for violations
  • We are not responsible for WhatsApp API downtime or changes

Important: Violations of WhatsApp's policies may result in permanent suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account. Zonnex is not liable for such suspensions.

6. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to your content (contacts, messages, templates, campaigns). By using Zonnex, you grant us:

  • A license to store and process your content to provide the Service
  • Permission to use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to all content you upload
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • You have obtained necessary consents from your contacts

7. Fees and Payment

Zonnex is 100% free to use. However, you are responsible for:

  • WhatsApp Cloud API usage fees charged by Meta
  • Internet and data charges from your service provider
  • Any costs associated with obtaining WhatsApp Business API access

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or our policies
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account poses a security risk
  • Required by law or legal process

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of non-infringement
  • Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONNEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from WhatsApp API suspensions or limitations
  • Damages caused by third-party services or integrations
  • Damages exceeding $100 USD in aggregate
